We want to make your poles to last longer by offering you a range of repair options.
In order to do this, we offer a full range of spare parts for specific repairs. These include tips, baskets, nozzles, sections and locking mechanisms.

It is important to know the model of your poles so that you can find out what repairs are available for your specific model.

If repairing your poles by yourself seems too difficult, our workshops provide services to help you with the repair.

2. Find your poles

To find out if your poles can be repaired, you first need to identify the model that you have.
Below is a list of all our models of hiking and trekking poles, so that you can find the ones you have.

3. Some extra tips

Storing your poles

If you need to keep your poles in a cupboard for a long period of time (over winter, for example), leave the locking mechanisms loose. Doing this will conserve their clamping power. And when they get back into use, still make sure they are well adjusted.

Washing your poles

The aim is to have clean and dry poles.

Pull all of the tubes out of one another. Don’t worry, our poles are designed to do just that. Remove any dust or any mud that may have built up on the surfaces of the tubes and on the mechanisms. Also consider the inner walls of the poles.

If mud or dirt has accumulated in parts of the mechanisms, you can clean them with water or without, using your toothbrush.

If the mechanisms look greasy, you can degrease them with soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterwards.

Leave them to dry completely. Once all of the tubes are dry, you can reassemble the pole.

Do not oil or grease

We recommend that you do not oil or grease your poles (mechanisms or tubes).

If the lubricant were to leak onto the surfaces on which the poles are clamped, the clamping function would not work and there would be a risk of accident.
